2014/15 AV Knockout – Final

AV Knockout is an exciting new competition that will incorporate two (2) rounds of competition plus one (1) final. Athletics Victoria will use the AV Rankings to select the top ranked athletes in gender, age and performance criteria. Competition will operate between December 2014 and February 2015 culminating with the AV Knockout Final on Saturday 7 March, 2015. Information regarding AV Rankings will be available in the coming weeks.

Event Date: Saturday 7 March, 2015

Venues: Lakeside Stadium, Albert Park

Entries Close: 11:59pm Sunday 22 February, 2015.  No late or on day entries will be accepted. If you are experiencing problems entering please contact AV (ua.gro.civshta@remmus or 8646 4500) before the closing deadline.

Athlete Eligibility: To be eligible for the AV Knockout Final athletes MUST have competed at a Shield Round (1-10) and at either round 1 or round 2 of AV Knockout. The top 16 athletes in each age group/event will be taken from the AV Rankings to make up the fields. Athletes MUST enter the event via the AV Website, there is no entry fee, but athletes need to register to show they would like to compete.

Please remember AV will not be contacting athletes who are in the top 16 on the rankings for entry purposes, if an athlete does not register the spot will be given to the next hightest ranked athlete who has registered before the closing deadline.

Age Groups: Age is taken from 31 December, 2015. Minimum age in order to compete is 13 on 31 December, 2015.
